DocMan is a popular Joomla extension for document management. Bulk Edit for DocMan assists a lack of ease the extension has.
To let you categorise a document to multiple categories by editing one document.

Bulk Edit for DocMan is an individual Joomla extension so you can keep upgrading DocMan when newer version is released (but that does not mean this extension is compatible with the version).

Tested Version

Joomla 1.5 + DocMan 1.4.0.stable
Joomla 1.5 + DocMan 1.5.1.stable

Notice

Even though Bulk Edit for DocMan has been tested on the environments above, it is strongly advised to make a backup for your Joomla database before using it.

This extension does not meet your Joomla site if the document sharing a file needs to have a different information except category from others (e.g. Document name, Document description etc).

How to install

Download Zip file.
Extranct Zip file. You will see two Zip files.
Install two Zip files to your Joomla site. Two plugins will be installed to your Joomla site.
Enable two plugins at Plugin Manager. One is System plugin called "System - Bulk Edit for DocMan". Other one is DocMan plugin called "DocMan - Bulk Edit".

How to uninstall

Uninstall two plugins at Plugin Manager.
One is System plugin called "System - Bulk Edit for DocMan". Other one is DocMan plugin called "DocMan - Bulk Edit".
